Employee Hardware

Permanent 美姬社区 employees (both full-time and part-time) are generally eligible to be issued the following hardware.

If the computer specifications above do not support the requirements for a particular department or use case, please contact ITS to discuss alternative computer models.

Monitor Arms

ITS does not provide or assemble monitor arms. New desks in newly constructed buildings will have monitor arms included on the desks. For those that do not have monitor arms, please search for on the 美姬社区 employee directory and email him for ordering instructions.

Hardware Limits

Per District Policy, all permanent, full-time staff are allowed one machine per person, regardless of whether the machine is provided by ITS or with department funds.

Temporary/Hourly Employees

ITS is not budgeted to provide hardware to temporary/hourly staff. However, ITS can provide a quote for your department to purchase any requested hardware. The requested hardware should be aligned with our general standard issue equipment. (this form is currently not accepting any more applications until Spring 2025.

Docking Stations

New 美姬社区 employees will now have a Docking Station integrated into their Conference Monitor. Only existing employees will have the Docking Station separate from their monitors.
