Welcome! I am pleased to introduce the comprehensive suite of services provided by Information Technology Services (ITS). The department supports 美姬社区's mission, vision, and values by providing coordination and support for academic and administrative IT services. ITS is committed to student success by supporting and fostering an academic environment that meets the needs of its diverse learners while removing barriers.

Our services encompass a wide range of areas:

1. Strategic Planning: We develop, implement, and support strategic plans that align with institutional goals ensuring technology initiatives support and drive our mission forward.
2. Technology Plan: In collaboration with all stakeholders, ITS is dedicated to executing a robust five-year technology plan. The plan uses a Futures lens designed to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our community.
3. Academic Application and Computing Services: We provide essential support for academic applications and computing services, facilitating a seamless and productive educational experience for students, faculty, and staff alike.
4. Administrative Application Services: Our enterprise application services ensure that the institution's core systems operate smoothly and efficiently, supporting academic and administrative functions while enhancing overall productivity.
5. Cybersecurity: ITS prioritizes the security of 美姬社区's digital assets, implementing comprehensive cybersecurity measures to protect against threats and ensure the integrity of our data.
6. Infrastructure Services: Our infrastructure services maintain and enhance the technological backbone of our institution, ensuring reliable and high-performance connectivity across all sites.
7. Open Computer Lab Services: We offer open computer lab services across at all sites, providing accessible and well-equipped spaces for students and staff to engage in their work and studies.
