Required Enrollment Documents for New Families
In order to be compliant with Community Care Licensing, enrolled children are required to have the following forms completed and signed by their parents or legal guardian. Separate emails will be sent with directions on how to submit the forms. Enrollment is not complete, and your child鈥檚 placement will be secured once all documents are submitted.
- Personal Rights-Child Care Centers
- Child Care Center Notification of Parents' Rights
- Physician's Report-Child Care Centers (Orignial forms only, no electronic copies will be accepted)
- Copy of Your Child's Immunization Record

Student Parents
A student parent is 鈥渁 student who has a child or children under 18 years of age who will receive more than half of their support from that student.鈥� (Ed Code Section 66025.81(b)). Student Parents receive Priority Registration per AB2881.

Free Diapers
Currently enrolled 美姬社区 students may receive 1 free pack of 25 diapers (Sizes 0-6 are typically available however change depending on availability from our partner, the San Diego Food Bank) per child from the Campus Assessment, Resources, & Education (CARE) program. Remember to purchase a day parking permit and park only in student parking lots (if you do not already have a semester parking permit)!
